We do deliver our own nozzles for
Mercruiser 1,7dti.

Our nozzles are produces in Italy and made to replace Delphi L089PBD. Our nozzles are SAC type and has more liquid for cooling in the nozzle than the original Delphi 089PBD. Hopefully this will give the nozzles a longer lifetime without any injector/nozzle faults.

Nozzles has been tested in engine for one year, and test shows improvement of engine performance and nozzle life time. The original L089PBD has a much smaller amount of liquid in the nozzle and are built for vehicle. This type of nozzle will wear out fast in a marine engine with constant high effect (power take out). This is why we decided to go for a much larger SAC type nozzle, that can handle the constant high effect over time.

It`s important to adjust 1st. and 2nd. stage during overhaul (nozzle swap). The NC MERC089 nozzle will give a higher 2nd. pressure than the original L089PBD nozzle because of it`s construction, and the pressure have to be lowered.
We recommend for our nozzle:
1. pressure of 160-170bars.
2. pressure of 330-340bars.

This nozzles can only be bought through us or our dealers. Factory will not sell this nozzles in the open market.
